Owner Harold Kim is a Korean American who grew up in the metro Detroit area. He is knowledgeable in many Asian flavors like Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine. As a Japanese restaurant owner, he has worked with many different types of seafood and has also traveled extensively around South Korea to understand both traditional and modern flavors.

Executive Chef Jorge Morales has worked in NYC, Philly, and Ann Arbor. He brings his vast knowledge and experiences to our restaurant and has crafted a menu that offers bold and unique flavors with traditional Korean roots.
